Hello guys! I am CyDoN, manager of the Greek ArmA Community a clan of about 30 active players

 

I am have been watching your progress since the arma2 era, and it is impressive. I wanted to join with my group all this time but to be honest I am a bit discouraged because everything is too russian. Can an english-speaking clan join your events?
How is the game played? Is there a respawn system and such? How long does the game lasts?

I am trying to find information but I use google-translator and I guess it's not the best language since Russian is far more complicated than English. If you could guide me I would be very happy

Are you interested in Arma 2 or Arma 3? We have 2 foreign communities participating in our games. The Czech and the Argentinian clans. I do not know about the situation for WOG A3, but feel free to play with us in A2 if you want.

Yes, they can.

 

 

 

How is the game played?

Two teams with realistic organization and equipment fight against each other. Every team has a mission objective.

Commander of the team is setting up a plan, every unit has it's special orders.

 

 

 

Is there a respawn system

No, there isn't. We dont have any respawn on project. One of the main rules of all our games is: one game - one life.

 

 

 

How long does the game lasts?

It is depends on a plans and execution. Usually we play 3 missions. (every mission lasts 1,5-2 hours)

 

So, if you are interested, ask about everything, we will answer.

Not all 3, only 2(friday & saturday).

Yes, but only for registered clan.

Do I have to participate all 3 game-days? \ No.

Is there a penalty for not coming to the game? \ We have our own slot registration system for community members, so penalty takes place when slots are registered but team is absent. However you may face situation when all slots for particular game are allready registered by other teams.

Were do I sign up? \ Sign up for what? :) You are free to visit any WOG 3 game without any registration or additional moves. (Except TS server, you need to poke channel admins in order to get proper TS group) But considering that you are english speaking guys i guess we will need to do a little briefing. Please contact me or guy mentioned above (Vincen) for detailes.
